Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until incorporated.

  2. Use hands to mold 12 portions into balls.

  3. Store in airtight container in fridge.
